FRUIT
Round-oval shape, firm rind, and smooth skin, very bright golden yellow, reaching a weight of 1.5-2 kg. The fruit turns yellow only when the inner part of the fruit has reached 10 ° brix; it reaches full ripening between 14 ° and 16 ° brix. Firm, greenish-white, juicy, and crisp flesh. Good resistance to transport.
