We hosted a new edition of the Fitó Academy in conjunction with ESADE (Graduate School of Business Administration and Management) where the “America Executive Development Program” was taught.

During the week of April 25 to 29, we brought together our main customers and distributors from all over America, in Barcelona, with the aim of driving professional growth by promoting the development of the agri-food sector based on knowledge.

The course promoted a closer relationship with the attendees, inviting them to participate actively to ensure the learning outcomes would be practical and useful for the future. The objective of the week was to learn as much as possible and also bridge the cultural and professional divide between attendees.

At Semillas Fitó, we see ourselves as a multinational company, and we take advantage of these platforms to strengthen bonds of trust even in diverse multicultural environments, facilitating enjoyable discussions that enrich the experience of the attendees.

The academic course included subjects such as strategic management of finances, people and operations, as well as market-oriented topics. All taught by university professionals with hugely successful backgrounds. In addition, we took the opportunity to visit the Fitó facilities so that the students could get see the headquarters first-hand.

The edition was a complete success, and we have no doubt that the knowledge acquired will be put into practice when each of the participants returns to their country. We are proud to participate in the continuing education of our attendees, ensuring in this way that our partners have the skills necessary to face up to any challenges that may arise in an increasingly changing work environment.
